Product Warranty

We proudly guarantee our products against imperfections in workmanship and materials, so if one of our products fails within five years of delivery date, we’ll repair or remake it at no extra charge.*

Conditions for warranty to be valid:

• The restoration must be seated with recommended materials by a licensed, practicing dentist.

• The patient must visit the dentist at least twice per year for preventative maintenance (cleaning and exam).

• The restoration or appliance must be returned to Shikosha Dental Lab.

• Full and partial dentures must be relined, as recommended by the dentist, by Shikosha Dental Lab.

What is not covered:

• Cash refund for any appliance.

• Costs incurred for removal or insertion.

• Temporary appliances, such as acrylic partials, flippers, PMMA temps, etc.

• Flexible Partials (TCS Unbreakable) 3+ years after purchase. Relining of this appliance is not covered.

• Night Guards 6+ months after purchase.

• Replacement or repair resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, failure of supportive tooth structure or soft tissue, improper adjustments, or improper dental hygiene.

* Warranty on implant abutments is determined by the policy of each manufacturer.
